Casey Cavaliers Training Programs

(These programs are additional training programs, and are optional to participate in, however, it is highly recommended)

In Term 4, 2024 – The Casey Cavaliers program is offering 2x additional training programs:
Cavs Advantage (U12 & U14 Cavaliers Only)
Cavs Shooting Club (All Cavaliers Welcome)

Cavs Advantage is exclusively available to U12’s and U14’s Casey Cavaliers athletes – this training program is led by Paul Mellett with the aim to challenge our athletes to help them take further steps forward on their individual development pathway. This includes challenging their individual skillset, introducing new concepts, teaching them how to read the game and improving their decision making skills.

U12+U14 Boys & Girls
Day: Mondays
Commences: November 18th
Location: Olive Road Sporting Complex
Time: 5:30pm – 6:30pm
Ages: Cavaliers U12+U14 Boys & Girls
Cost: $150 (5 Classes)
Eligibility: MUST play Junior Cavaliers
U12 & U14: $75 discount if athletes register for both Cavs Advantage & Cavs Shooting Club

Cavs Shooting Club is a new program designed by new Casey Cavaliers BDM and former NBL Assistant Coach Paul Mellett.
Athletes will work with coaches to improve their shooting techniques and develope consistent shooting patterns with each athlete.

All Casey Cavaliers Boys & Girls

Ages: Cavaliers U12+U14 Boys & Girls
Cost: $150 (5 Classes)
